Obtaining DX Information from an Maidenhead Grid Square
in DXView's Main window, type a valid Maidenhead grid square into the Location panel's grid textbox and strike the Enter key
- DXView displays a location that is characterized by
a latitude and longitude
the names of one or more DXCC entities that contain the grid square (if its GridDXCC database is installed)
the short path distance (SP DX) to your QTH
a blue dot on the World Map (click the World button in the Main window's Maps panel to make the World Map visible)
short and long path Headings for directive antennas
