Enabling Commander to interoperate with the PowerSDR-IF Panadaptor and CW Skimmer

This configuration provides simultaneous IF panadapter and CW Skimmer functionality using WU2X's PowerSDR-IF Stage panadapter. Configured in this way, CW Skimmer controls PowerSDR-IF, and PowerSDR-IF controls your Primary Transceiver via Commander.
connect PowerSDR-IF's IF Setup port to Commander's Secondary CAT Serial Port
establish a connected pair of virtual serial ports using VSP Manager or com0com; these instructions assume that connected virtual ports n and n+1 are created (e.g. 13 and 14)
in the Secondary CAT Serial Port panel on Commander's Configuration window's Ports tab,
set the CAT protocol selector to Kenwood
select Follow & Lead Primary
set the Port# to n
set the Baud selector to 57600, the Word selector to 8, the Parity selector to None, and the Stop selector to 1
check the Enable box
Open PowerSDR-IF's Setup IF menu, and select the PowerSDR/IF Stage Setup window's Rig Connection tab
set the Rig Type selector to Kenwood TS-950
in the Rig Serial Connection panel,
set the Port selector to n+1
set the Baud selector to 57600, the Parity selector to none, the Data selector to 8, and the Stop selector to 1
in the Rig Timing (ms) panel
set the Polling Interval to 250
set the Tuning Polling Interval to 250
set the Tuning CAT Interval to 250
click the OK button to close the PowerSDR/IF Stage Setup window
connect CW Skimmer's CAT interface to PowerSDR-IF's CAT Control port
establish a connected pair of virtual serial ports using VSP Manager or com0com; these instructions assume that connected virtual ports m and m+1 are created (e.g. 15 and 16)
select CW Skimmer's Command menu and ensure that there is no check mark to the left of the Blind Mode entry
select CW Skimmer's View menu's Settings item to display the Settings window
on CW Skimmer's Settings window's CAT tab,
select Use Radio 1
click the Configure... button
on the Omni-Rig Settings window's RIG 1 tab
set the Rig type selector to TS-2000
set the Port selector to m+1
the Baud rate selector to 57600, the Data bits selector to 8, the Parity selector to None, the Stop bits selector to 1, and the RTS and DTR selector to Low
set the Poll int., ms and Timeout, ms selectors to 100
click the OK button to the Omni-Rig Settings window
click the OK button to close the Settings window
Open PowerSDR-IF's Setup menu, and select the PowerSDR Setup window's CAT Control tab
check the Enable CAT box
set the Port selector to m
set the Baud selector to 57600, the Parity selector to none, the Data selector to 8, and the Stop selector to 1
set the ID as selector to TS-2000
click the OK button to close the PowerSDR Setup window
